For users of prospective users of FTLabs analytics products, language-specific component documentation is available from the Documentation menu.  Documentation for other products are made available on to clients on an application specific basis.  This includes documentation such as an Installation Guide, User and Administrator manuals, Frequently Asked Questions and a lot more.

Support for the FTLabs product and services is best accessed through this web site. Here you can help yourself to the information that is regularly published and updated as FTLabs and the products develop. There is much more to come too!

For users of FTLabs developed applications, the first place to look for support is on any available page help or user guide that is supplied with the application.

Clients of FTLabs are provided with a user login to the website that gives access to additional developer related content, sample code, and support.  Clients are also provided with a support submission form to submit support cases to FTLabs.
