US-FISA Release 1.03 for Java

An updated 100% Pure Java version 1.03 of US-FISA was released today.  It includes some new methods for calculating interest earned and interest on interest.  Exception handling was improved, methods were added, and the class structure was modified to bring it into close correspondence with the C++ language version.
